The quality of windows is not really good. There are sharp edges on the window handles, black greasy spots on the frames scratches in the frames and other issues with the manufacturing that are less than top notch. The installation was pretty good and the price seems really good. There are just some things that seem like they could be better.

The installers did not finish the job of caulking the trim on the outside of the windows.

Communication was great all the way through the process. The install team was great.

Windows are great but not happy with installation. I wasn’t told that shade brackets needed to be removed. After the installers left I went into the room and was surprised to find a pile of screws and brackets on the floor. I had to hire a handyman to install the brackets

Fast installation

We had Champion windows installed at our last home. The installation had included a metal tape of some sort which I didn’t see this time. The windows last time weren’t so dirty. The outside frames were painted and the paint that leaked under tape around the glass was not scraped off before installation. I hope we won’t have any water issues in the future in

They always arrived on time and kept me updated of any scheduling changes. The process was explained in detail and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Upon completion of the job the entire area was cleaned.

They have great products and awesome people

I purchased and had 17 windows installed. Two of them were incorrectly ordered/measured. I told them not to install them. They were told to install them anyway. I was told to sign the completion form and the two windows would still be replaced at no cost. I received a call from Champion that I need to pay for the two windows to be replaced. I would never recommend this company.

My windows are great! They were a little more expensive then a different window company but a much better quality.

I liked how they kept in touch with me before during and after the process. The installers did a great job on the install of the window. They also left no mess behind - nothing for me to clean up! I also appreciated them showing me how the sliding part of the windows worked so I could enjoy the next warm day with a cool breeze coming through the window.

Installation team was professional and fast.

I was laid to be the sales person off the bat which pressured us into ordering doors day off because of what we were told lengthy time lines for ordering only to get called less then half the time told to be installed. Door was measured incorrectly to add on which means we are missing a storm door for unknown period of time.

I asked Champion to discuss some way to replace my door. The color does not work with our house. Crickets from Champion.

The workers were beyond lazy. They broke my rain gauge, make a mess in my garden bed and didnt even pick it up, walked on my BRAND NEW carpet with their shoes on more times than I can count and had to take smoke breaks every 15 minutes, which blew inside my house.

I might as the product and installation are top notch. I'm definitely not happy with scheduling and project management.

The reason for this ranking. The patio door was received February 3 in the Omaha office via email notification. I reached out three times and no response. I did get a response when I went to actual office location.

I was disappointed in the communications regarding the status of my order. I got an email just before Christmas telling me it was in manufacturing. Herd nothing after that. I called in late January to see what the status was. After being n hold for 10 minutes or so, I ledt a voice mail. Never got a call back. Called again about a week later and talked to someone who sent a message to the Omaha install chief. Never heard anything from him. Called again on Monday, Feb 2nd, and talked to an individual who sent an email to the Omaha office and the district install manager. Got a call on Tuesday morning saying the siding just arrived. The install crew came out and started work that same day.

Jake explained the process to me and the men building the sunroom willingly answered my questions and took care of the different situations that arose during the job. The electrician explained about my electrical panel and explained what he was going to do for the installation. The men were polite and professional, even when I didn’t understand everything.

Look, let's start off by saying I hate surveys. Then, we can say I ordered a window from champion. Actually a patio door.
I had to take out a loan with the company. They call green something, and it took almost 3 months for them to get the window in. The patio Dorian, and when I looked at it the next day, I realized there was a hole in the screen. I'm not very happy and the price was outrageous.

We have had nothing but great success every time we use champion and that why we continue to use them to this day for all our door and windows needs.

Taking off the old door caused damage to the outside of my home and you only partially patched it. You rehung the storm door but it sticks terribly. It took 3 weeks for Champion to send someone to fix it, but instead of fixing, he claimed he was there to make a report to his boss. Now no one returns my call nor comes out to do any work. If you are waiting for warmer weather, fine, but the storm door problem could be fixed now. I'm sorry that you want to only make one trip, but if it was fixed right in the beginning, this would not be a problem.

2 windows did not fit, even installers said that too. Holes everywhere and they just caulked and caulked , also put a 2 in board to make them fit. Took pictures, had emails after emails. Wanted them fixed. Nobody would reply, contacted them for 3 months just to find out that their decision , the windows was measured correctly and screw the customer. So had to sign to get warranty and had to pay for crappy job done with windows. Was going to do 4 more windows, BUT not with champion windows. I’m done with them. Very unprofessional and the ones I dealt with, customer is always wrong even if you have proof. Very very dissatisfied. Not recommended them to anybody. If people want to know, I will show my pictures to them.

The staff was very friendly and always kept me informed. The installation of the door was excellent and it is very beautiful and airtight..

Poor communication throughout the company. Told work would start 4-6 weeks. It was 15 weeks, and then errors not completed for 3 more weeks.
