I ordered windows on March 6, 2026, at which time the line of credit was opened and my initial deposit was withdrawn. Within 48 hours, I was informed that the color and grid configuration I selected was unavailable. After several weeks of delays, the order was finally revised and placed on March 24, 2026. During this entire period, the line of credit remained active and payments had already begun despite no product being delivered.
The first set of windows arrived in mid-May. When the installation crew arrived, they discovered that all eight windows had been measured incorrectly. Two of my existing windows had already been removed before the issue was identified, requiring them to be boarded up while all eight windows were remeasured and reordered.
The replacement windows were finally installed on June 17, 2026. Unfortunately, every single window arrived with visible defects, including scratches, dents, chips, or other cosmetic damage. The installers themselves acknowledged the condition of the windows and attempted to place the least damaged units in the most visible locations to minimize their appearance.
Following installation, an additional issue became apparent. When sunlight shines through the windows, green square-shaped reflections appear throughout the white window grids. Neither the installers nor Champion representatives who have viewed the issue have been able to explain it, and several stated they had never seen anything like it before. While the windows appear acceptable on cloudy days, the green reflections are highly noticeable in direct sunlight and significantly detract from their appearance.
After nearly four months of delays, measurement errors, multiple reorderings, boarded-up windows, damaged products, and an unresolved visual defect affecting every window, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the overall experience.
Given the extent of these issues, I am requesting a substantial refund and compensation for the inconvenience, delays, and diminished quality of the product I received. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the circumstances.
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, posting reviews detailing my experience, and sharing photographs documenting the defects and installation issues.
I would appreciate a response from management or corporate leadership within the next few business days regarding how Champion intends to resolve this matter.

Quality of the siding.
This is the second major project that they have done for us. They previous added a sunroom at my primary residence and just finished installing new siding on a home I am trying to sell. Both jobs were beautifully and professionally done

Several window frames arrived dented and instead of installers pointing that out, they installed them. We are now waiting for new windows to arrive and have heard nothing yet. Also have a problem with 2 new windows condensating on outside every morning. Our old windows never did! We are being told it's normal. We bwlieve they were not installed properly. Our very close next door neighbors still have the cheap windows contractor installed when house was built and they have.no condensation.

The two person crew that came to install the windows were friendly, quick and considerate. I would highly recommend Champion windows to anyone looking to have windows installed.

Not so sure I can until I have had these windows for more than a week. There are problems with the windows right now and hopefully they will get fixed on the 25th of this month. One window came cracked and I'm waiting on a replacement. There are scratches on the frame of the windows, not sure if I can get all windows out to clean them. The screens are a pain to put back in. Just too early to recommend. I have one window that there are smudges on the inside of the window pane.

Purchased my door in September & no updates on the status of my door whenever I called. Wasn’t installed until February. I believe this company over sells especially when they do the buy 2 get 2 & cannot keep up with the product being built.

Waited 6 months for windows to be installed after being told it would take 2. Was not communicated with about the install, a window that was left at the factory or offered anything other than being told thats how it is one time.
One of our windows broke over night. The windows were confirmed to be at our local champion on November 11. No one called to schedule our installation. My husband called at least 3 times for a scheduled date, no one would reply, until he sent an email about another window company.
