The door was the wrong color and placed unpainted boards in several spots. Overall the doorway just kinda looks like ****.

The installation crew left old window debris laying around, including glass shards. They also trampled 2 flower beds.

We are at 32 weeks and counting for a door install with a 12-week lead time. You can make it right by finishing the install, which you say won't do until I pay you the final 10%, that is due upon completion, and it is not complete. You can properly fix the 27 holes in my new door frame and stop calling it a warranty issue.

The install was very disappointing and, frankly, angering. We have shared pictures of how the inside of our walls surrounding the windows were left. One window was measured incorrectly or ordered incorrectly and it was too small for the wall opening, but was placed anyway with tons of insulation to make it fit. All the raw edges of Sheetrock and insulation were left exposed inside the hous around the windows. One window was supposed to have obscured glass on the bottom and clear on the top but came with obscured on both panes.
We have made numerous phone calls to Champion to try to get these issues resolved. Finally got the clear pane glass but still waiting for the correct window size to be delivered on the other one.
The windows themselves seem to be good but time will tell.

Windows are much more affordable than their competitors. The quality and appearance of their window are great. Also, their installers were efficient, professional, and cleaned up nicely.

Window installation was great, but windows came with streaks and dirty between the panes of all 5 picture windows and 1 panel of one other window!

Be more careful to not damage things. Hire a true carpenter for wood cutting and installing.

How quick the install process was

The sales presentation was very informative. Though it seemed like ages before the door was installed, I loved it! Champion sent text throughout the process and provided answers to my questions timely.

I would recommend the installation team, but the sales team, especially the manager Aaron, was a nightmare and full of lies just to make a sale.

I can better answer this question with a ten at such time that the replacement glass insert is installed.

Our new window is beautiful

Champion met and exceeded our expectations. Our timeline from beginning to finish was perfectly executed. We were pleasantly surprised by the noise reduction capability of our windows- couldn’t hear emergency vehicles or air traffic once installed. Love that !!!

It took a long time to make the windows, but it was basically according to the schedule that the salesperson provided.

We initially met with the sales rep in January 2024 and our window install was completed this past weekend, April 2025.
