They were accommodating and put our needs as well as their job!

The whole process from start to finish was awful and stressful. The salesperson ordered my doors wrong. I only knew that because I asked for a picture of chest the doors would look like. He corrected the order. We were told 8 weeks for our doors . The whole process took 7 months. The factory made the doors the wrong size. The installer had removed my front door completely before realizing the doors were the wrong size. He had to piece together my door and put it back up. It looked hideous and did not close properly. I was told my order would be a rush and I would receive in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to inquire. I left several messages before finally getting a response . After being told It would take another 2 weeks (so a total of 6 weeks now). I inquired again no response to phone called, left messages or emails.
I even sent an email saying I wanted to cancel and get a full refund or I want compensation. I heard from someone who said they would send my email to corporate who would be calling me. But I still heard nothing. After several more weeks went by I heard from someone that my doors were ready and scheduled the install. I finally heard from someone in corporate that said I would be hearing from some one soon. She said I was the talk of the office. I’m still waiting for a phone call from corporate.

The Champion folks stayed in constant contact while our sunroom was being installed and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

4 Screens were not delivered. No clarity of why they were not there at the time of installation nor no immediate correction.

Of the 5 windows installed 3 had screens that had big dents in the frame. Several screens were wavy. The sliding door had paint overspray all over the glass and needed to be replaced. I was told one day installation. One person was sent so it took two days.

The salesman was kind and did not push at all to purchase.

Pretty expensive for inserts, and sales reps need to listen to what the customer is looking for.

The installers did quality work and the windows look great. We had an issue that could only be fixed by replacement of the window frame. Champion was quick to recognize the issue when I presented it to them. They scheduled the fabrication of the new frame on the call. Everything about timing and payment schedule was as expected from the initial conversation with the salesperson.

The project took six months to start after my initial payment, there were small hiccups, and I still need one more thing corrected because the door latch of the patio does not work. All in all, I just felt it was not a smooth project, but the end result is very nice.

Champion Replacement Windows is five stars in all categories from salesman, customer service and installers. My wife and I are very satisfied and feel valued as customers after dealing with Champion. We have used Champion in the past for other projects and they are consistent in the quality of service that they provide. I highly recommend Champion Windows for your home improvement projects.

Install went well, however, required callouts during sales process not fulfilled. More importantly, once job was complete Inwas not givin opportunity to do a final walkthrough. My walkthrough with a female representative wanting papers signed showed several large scratches/gouges in the metal. Lot of money for a product that looked like it went through a lot of impacts. Was told that I would get a call and action on the issues, ghosted after. No email response from the company. Very sad as I had other projects that I would have considered Champion for but not if this is the final quality they provide.

Contract was signed in early June but the project was not completed until November 10. I understood that the project should be completed in 65 days or less! This was a simpler project than most of the Champion projects and should have been completed much sooner. Consequently, we did not get to enjoy our front porch at all this year.

The finished room is beautiful and exactly what I hoped it would be.

Started billing before I even received the windows. I window does not work correctly after paying 1600 per window they should come problem free. Poor communication with service on what they are doing to repair the window my thought replace the window.

Jason and Chad were so nice. They completed the job so efficiently and cleaned up nicely. Outside they had a challenge to get to the upstairs window with the ladder as I had beds of ferns and hosta they had to go through. They managed it without disturbing my plants. I was expecting a few casualties. I don't know how they managed that. They showed up on time and finished sooner than I expected. The new windows are beautiful and they showed me how to open them for cleaning. Jason even locked my old windows( that I will replace at a later date)
because I hadn't been able to.

Champion built my sunroom four years ago so I knew I could trust the quality. I like the fact that they have been in business for years and the windows were built in Cincinnati. A lifetime guarantee doesn't mean anything if the company has gone out of business.

This is the 3rd time we have used Champion Windows over the past 20+ years. Siding and a year round sun room on our old house and siding on our current house detached garage. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism on each. There were a couple minor issues which were addressed and remedied quickly and satisfactorily.
