The closing team did a great job in every aspect. The only thing that proved a little difficult was getting C&B wiring instructions to the Berkshire Hathaway office staff that needed to wire excess EM that was being held. The EM was far more than my commission and my office called 3 times to get the instructions with not luck. I connected with someone at C&B and was able to have the instructions securely wired in time for the closing.

As an agent, I appreciate how well they take care of my clients. Closings are always smooth and efficient, and Will is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
