No subcontractors rushing a job makes a huge difference

The most important thing to us when we hired Cameron was to solve our roof leak that had been mystifying us. That happened. The guys we worked with were cordial and seemed to genuinely want to help us. There were some minor issues along the way that were all addressed. Overall pleased with the experience.

The foreman kept me informed of progress, which was nice. The worker who installed 3 new bathroom fan vents even hooked the ductwork to the fans, which was unexpected. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up the worksite . The crew started work each day at 7am, they really did a nice job and our roof looks great.

Adam and his team were professional, kind, friendly. Hiring the right roofing team is a difficult task but the best decision we could have ever made was hiring Cameron Roofing. Every step of the way, we were informed of any changes that needed to happen. The roof is beautiful and we are even getting compliments from our neighbors!

Project was completed on time. Every day they use to clean up before they left.

Communication was lacking more often than not. Examples: there was a 8 week deficit of communication from the time of contract signing to myself contacting the company for an update on scheduling.

There were some positives and some negatives. Unfortunately, there were not enough positives (especially for the cost) for me to confidently recommend Cameron Roofing to my friends. The two biggest reasons are the lack of follow-through/communication and the state of how things were left (roof, driveway, yard). Details are within this survey.

Cameron Roofing did a fantastic job on our complete roof replacement! The job was completed in one day and they took care to protect our a/c unit and my wife's cherished gardens. Cleanup was well done, and the crew was courteous and professional. NO use of any foul language. I would highly recommend them!

The experience having our roof replaced was great, however, the experience trying to get someone to respond to my requests to come look at possible repair has been awful. I received a call back from someone giving me a cell phone # for someone else. And I’ve not received any contact since then despite leaving additional messages. If I’m receiving calls back, they aren’t leaving voicemails.

Yes, no hesitations or reservations to recommend Cameron Roofing to friends and family and I've already done so. In fact, my neighbor who barely talks to me has commented on 2 separate occasions how wonderful of a job Cameron Roofing did. Cameron was easy to work with. The work was well done as far as I can tell and I was always kept in the loop. When they identified an area of rotting wood and signs of old insect damage, they showed me the situation and explained the options for dealing with it. I came away feeling completely comfortable with the process. The team was very congenial in their interactions with me. And I have forgotten his name, but the man in charge of the work was wonderful to work with! I am very happy with my new roof!
