Was quoted one price, then charged a higher price. Was supposed to replace shingles on shed but instead just left a full pack of shingles laying on the driveway. When asked to have the general manager come by for the last payment with a hard copy of the bill so he could mark it paid in full, they sent a salesman with no copy of the bill. Was told by Naomi that Bill was mailed on Thursday, 5/31 and it's now 6/5, one week later and still no hard copy. Best ZChoice is not the Best Choice for your roofing needs. Althy the roof looks nice, was lied to from the getgo. Was told one day then was switched to another, start time was different from what I was told and so much more. Should have seen the Red Flags from the beginning and gone with my gut iIf you do hire this company, just be very careful.

I have not seen any leaks in my roof, and we have had a few rains. I think the next test will be strong winds. The quality of the work looks good.

Started out great. Until installation of roof and down to cost. Salesman put us down for the highest quality shingle making us pay out of pocket more. Blamed our child saying we paid attention to the newborn crying when he was asleep. Failed to accept responsibility and put the blame on a child which was a lie. Roofing installers left food all on my front porch, moved my furniture around to use. Left shingles on my outdoor furniture. Nails were everywhere in my front and back yard, there was no clean up conducted until I complained and did majority of it myself. After installation inspection there were flaws they had to come and fix twice.

I'm torn because the quality of the work was great, but such a simple thing like leaving a note, or knocking on the door to say "hey there's water leaking into your garage while we tear up the old roof" would've saved me SO much trouble.

They were very kind and professional. They looked around my house and made it straight. They laid the tarp all the way around my house, and I liked that, and I was impressed. This is the first time I've had that done after installing five roofs.
