The whole process has been nothing but a headache. I feel the sales team over sold me on my expectations. The production team has dramatically disappointed with poor communication and the job performed. The drip guard is wrinkled right in front of my house. The lowest shingles extend too far making my gutters next to useless. I was told the install would be 6/3. People showed up at my house on 6/2 to drop off supplies with no communication this would be happening. On 6/3, supplies were left in my yard without any communication that the roof was finished or when they were coming back to get the left items. We got the premier package with the “catch all” system. The large blue tarp had visible holes in it. We found numerous roof tacks on our deck and throughout the yard. I’m sure it would’ve been worse without the “catch all” system, but again I feel like I was over sold and over promised about the effectiveness of this service. My wife has spoken to Tyler about coming back out to fix the drip guard and the overhanging shingles. He said he would be by this week. Again, no communication of the dates or times he will be here. Also, I still have no been provided with a certificate of completion which I need to send to insurance to get the full check back from them. Based on my experience so far, I fully regret using best choice roofing. The only positive take away is that I do have a new roof on my house.

Best Choice did a good job; the roof looks wonderful. The salesman did a great job getting me a good product for long-lasting use. I am very happy.

There wasn’t enough tin delivered. It rained now I have rain spots on my ceiling. I told them it wasn’t enough. I told them they needed to put a tarp on it that morning. They were supposed to bring paint and paint over the spots. I still have not heard back from them.

I was not treated very well, they took forever to do the job. They were big bullies, and I was called ignorant because of their ignorance. They also caused damage, which was a very bad experience.

There is no way you will find a better roofing company.

It was done start to finish in a day and done with quality, and I was just floored on the actual workday by how quickly and professionally it all came together.

They had to come back a couple times to wrap up, but they never did, so we adjusted the bill.

Communication was lacking at times. And supposedly not having to deal with insurance nothing seemed to move forward until I initiated. Maybe more on insurance side of things but Best choice could have communicated better.

Crew showed up early in the morning and went right to work repaired damage and got it done in 1 day just like promised roof looks good and. I have had no problems left premises clean good job

The people doing my roof didn't speak English,and the porch was to be roofed but they stoped and had to wait for them to do it ,they came early before 6.00 with it raining the last day to finish it ,

Two very nice young men came out, 6 hours latter we gave in as my husband works from home and they told him it would take about 2 hrs, so that was the time allocated. Communication after our initial yes was lacking to say the least, finance was a huge issue and it wasn't because of anything our end was lacking it was the companies they were using. After the 1st company could not get it together due to tech problems. They tried the second company. This took half the day. It was ridiculous We specifically asked for a $$ amout as our payment. No problem they said, then we were sent 2 different loans for 15,000 a piece, so we had two payments at the amout $$ we requested so it was doubled.
The roof looks good hopefully it was done correctly. They were suposed to have a 3rd party come out inspect the work,. We were never contacted, I reached out and asked about it, they said they would have them out in 2 months, never happened,not surprised!! So would I refer the company. Absolutely not!!
Wore us down, to get the yes , they know their clause for canceling.

They cleaned-up fast and put the roof up fast.

The materials are good, but the workers they have are lousy. A lot of repairs had to be made, and the install crew had to come back due to carelessness. They did not leave my house the way they found it, and they had far too many people working. They really needed someone on site to oversee the work being done.

Mike came out to do our consultation and he was very informative. He did a thorough job of going over everything with us and explained how the process would work. He gave us a wonderful deal on the roof. The quality of work went exactly as expected.

My front gutter is still leaking onto my sidewalk.

I would recommend them to a friend, but the cleaning I wasn't pleased with it, but the work, as far as roofing goes, was good.

They did a decent job and helped with insurance things. I was told I would get 4 sheets of plywood by the salesman, and I pointed out what I wanted, and I thought it was cheesy they charged me $75 for the wood that needed to be replaced
