I really liked how Best Choice Roofing kept us in the loop with everything that need to be done and definitely how they fought to deal with our insurance company to make sure we were done fair.

I just wanted a physical inspection of the problem that was presented to the company with a photo to the office manager so that you could explain why it was like that and if it could be fixed

The contract specified that it would include the metal aluminum facia, and they painted it because it was cheaper to do it that way.

Took 3 days/ dead grass in areas with shingles in grass/spent $150.00 providing drinks for the crew/no crew member spoke any English/to our knowledge, no one checked on the condition of the guys during this hot season. One time a rep came to see how we were doing. I actually telephone a Best Choice rep about heat stroke on one of the crew. No response back after leaving a telephone message.

The only problem I had was I paid for the priority ultimate package and I did not hear from anyone for an entire week and I had to be the one to reach out to them. I suggest they move quicker for the customers paying extra money.
