Work quality seemed good. Accounting and finance department was awful.

The job took forever. At first, I had a whole wall that wasn't sanded. One of the walls did not even go all the way down to the bottom of the floor. I had to call them to come back and do that work. Then, the manager, the guy in charge, kept telling me he was going tomorrow, he was coming tomorrow, and it was a week of he is coming tomorrow. So, I waited another seven days for the guy to come back to sand the wall that he missed. The guys who came were supposed to be replacing the garage door openers. That was in the estimate for those to be replaced. I come out, and he is in there, and he actually had just fixed one. He was trying to fix them and make them functional instead of replacing them.

Our contact Jim was awesome. He was far more concerned with helping us get what we wanted and needed than making the last dollar that was possible. The people he referred to us were exceptional and great communication occurred throughout the process.

Scheduling enough time can avoid mistakes and dangerous work in near darkness,

Some rando calls me up, tells me I owe money 2 years later... I didn't even work with ATI. Jenkins did my restoration work. I had to call my old Jenkins guys up to confirm it wasn't some spoof scam call from California. No invoice or explanation of work. You all are a joke and I hope you and everyone you love dies in a fire.

Lack of communication. Window replacement took almost six months… still never received the requested invoice for the job. Very unprofessional job.

Easy to work with.

Prompt first rate work on the carpentry in the Kitchen and remediation in the Kitchen and Basement.

ATI promptly reached out when my insurance company contacted them. They were courteous and professional for the estimate and the repair team did s great job. ATI inspected the work and ensured my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our floors had to be installed three times due to poor quality assurance the first and second times.

The project shows some physical progress but has been undermined by poor communication, missed timelines, and unresponsiveness. Immediate intervention from a USAA adjuster or supervisory representative is recommended to reassign oversight, reestablish accountability, and ensure project closure.

Often the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Improve your coordination and communication.

Dustin and Mike went well above and beyond they helped us to get on track and get our house fixed in time to sell it . It would not have happened with our their professionalism and high level communication

Everyone was friendly and very comfortable telling what's going on

No painting was done on side of deck. One of the boards on the fence gate has 3-4 cracks running vertical.

Dan was great during the initial consultation and ensuring the project was completed to our satisfaction. Jeff, was supposedly the project manager but my wife only saw him briefly twice during the project at the beginning. The special tile work was exceptional. We are very happy with the accent wall.

The repair was well-done and in a timely manner.

The Project Director Dan did an excellent job of quickly lining up necessary actions and keeping me advised of developments all through the process. Davey, the man who actually did the repairs on my roof, performed excellently in replacing roof tiles, especially since it was hot and my roof is very steep.

Trouble shooting associated with project was not comprehensive so now I am dealing with an associated problem that should have been identified during project evaluation and remedied during the initial project.

I have found some baseboards not secure

They responded very fast and kept me well informed as to what was happening (or going to happen). The work was high quality and completed as scheduled.

The management of this project was vaguely engaged. We were told at the start "don't worry, we will take care of everything".
It took a while before I understood the separation of responsibilities, who was doing what. I am not much happier with the USAA claims representative. People took leave without arranging someone else to cover or letting us know they would be out of office or who we could contact, or if we were just waiting.

Concerned with what I see as a case of nepotism. As a couple in our late 70's we were overwhelmed by the home disaster that brought ATI to our home. We trusted USAA and therefore trusted ATI because you were sent by USAA. Belatedly I realize I should have taken more control and made more decisions about who would do what. We were not at all happy with the choice of Custom Carpets for our flooring installation. Again, a lack of supervision and responsibility.

Speedy respone that minimized damage.

All of the workmen were very conscientious, neat, and accomplish their tasks in a timely manner. We were very happy with the final result.

Dominik was very responsive.

There were some minor communication problems but the overall result is fantastic. We are very happy with the replacement floors after our previous ones were destroyed by water. ATI is easy to work with and does a great job.

Jim Woggon was great to work with.

Techs were efficient , professional, and patient with me (an admittedly difficult person)

Great communication, timely, and did a great job. About all i could ask for.
