I reported the leak to my insurance company the evening of August 1, a Saturday. ATI called me Monday, August 3 and set up an inspection for the following afternoon. On the 6th they performed the demolition, and left fans running for remediation. On the 10th they removed the fans, and scheduled an inspection for the installation estimate for the 12th. After that inspection, they have not returned. On the 17th I started finding other companies to do the restoration. Most of it is now complete. I’d have ATI finish it, but they don’t return my calls.

Didn't schedule as asbestos test like pjt manager said he would. Poor communication. Construction estimate was comically lower than any other bid, definitely in state farms pocket with a conflict of interest. It took me extra time to get state farm to get back to reasonable. They never opened up the ceiling and there was water damage in it found later. All around a horrible experience.

There is only one thing I would change. I had three points of contact through the process and I personally would recommend you only have one point of contact throughout the process.

The tarps ATI Restoration put up have already blown off halfway, and there’s water in them that’s about to burst in. The tarps are now completely off the top of the house.

ive personally had issues in the past with you guys but have seen a change so far resect is earned and you guys lost it with a earlier incident so that respect and trust needs to be reearned

Every step of the process was well explained and executed as anticipated. Once everything was lined up, Jeff kept us informed of who was coming and what was being done each day. They did not respect my property. I had several employees spit up flem in my driveway and leave it. I had an estimate for repairs grosely underestimated and leaving things out. For example thee was a vanity that needed to be replaced because it was damaged. I had an insurance claim, so I want my work done proplerly. You go ovevr it with one coat and come back when it dries and sand it and redo it. They came in with a quote that was way under as if they were helping out the insurance company. They had a number in their head before they even sent an estimator out to inspect the ropertrty. To me, that lacks a level of professionalism. They gave me a 10 thousand dollasr estimate when other companies were 20 thousand dollars, and that is a big difference. one company estimated 25 thousand and the other compant estimate 19,500. They estimated 10 thousan,d and I was concerned that it was so different. Between already having a number in thier head before sending someone out for the repair, and spitting flem in my driveway expecting me to clean it up was very unprofessional. That is why they get a 0.

ATI did a wonderful job. The communication was great and our project manager was a pleasure to work with.

I would recommend them to a friend because they did a really great job. In the beginning, before they came out, we were able to work with the tenant on a good time, everything was explained to me, how it'd work, and explained well. They came and did everything. The water remediation was done quickly and very neatly. There was no mess at all. They left that place cleaner than before, and I really appreciate that.

The main person was not there at the same time as the rest of the workers and it did not seem as though he communicated effectively with them. He told me different things would happen than actually did happen and they took out more of the trim/ wall than he said they were going to. I feel as though this should have been communicated with me before it happened if the outcome was different than he initially told me.

I've been very pleased with the work but hope I never need it again for obvious reasons.

ATI Restoration, LLC - Greensboro did not do anything. They came and took a test to see if I had asbestos. I had a hole in my roof, and they did not give me a full estimate on everything. I ended up having to have another company come out and give me an estimate. ATI wanted me to commit to the job without knowing the final cost of it.

The mitigation was good, the repair side was not very good on communication. The lady that came out never sent me the quote and sent her pics to our insurance company and they low balled me. There was damage to the hardwoods and Amy said it was not caused by the leak but the manager did and another company did as well.

Outstanding workmanship from begining to end.

They arrived when they said they would. Work completed in a timely manner. Workers respectful of property. One particular worker, during restoration was quite skilled.

Better communication with the home owner over the project time. Many are taking off work and a time frame and prior plans are best for arranging schedules.

There was clear communication during the process. I would highly recommend the company largely due to one specific worker during restoration. Jerry Carmony was very professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. He was respectful and always tried to do things as if it was his own. The supervisor Jeff was great at communicating.
