I have recommended AWS to a few of my friends. They were with me during the six hour installation of one window and feel like something should have been done to cover the hole in the front of my house for two hours.

Everything that was presented was accurate, communication was perfect, only hearing when I needed to and the time frame was done as promised

I had asked for two of the old windows to be taken out carefully and saved for me (the other 2 window mechanisms had broken parts of some sort) for the greenhouse I want to build. They didn't give me my screens, just the frames and the top and bottom window panes. I was very disappointed about that. Told the installer on Monday (they were installed on Friday) but he never called me back. Likely they got junked or damaged. Additionally, I was mad at myself for not thinking to keep all 4 screens because I have a screen downstairs that is torn and all my windows are the same size, so I could save money on replacing that. So all in all, I have 2 of my old partial windows that I asked to keep all of it and am disappointed bc I'd really need screens for my greenhouse. You walked away with my money/value. :( Other than that, happy with the new windows.

We had some issues with payments. I love the product. We absolutely love the product. The gentleman that came to the home were wonderful and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue was that we kept being told we owed money, and I don't know where that confusion was coming from. We would check with our bank to make sure our payments went through, and they had. That's the only exception.

The process from sales to measuring to install was done professionally and to satisfaction. The window installation team was awesome.

When I bought the windows with the sales rep he told me that I would hear about scheduling install of the windows once they came in from the manufacturer and that that would most likely be in in November. When I still hadn't heard anything by December I reached out to see what the hold up was and it was right away that they scheduled the install. It made it seem like they had the windows in but I had just been skipped for scheduling and the windows had been sitting.

They were actually very professional and did a great job.

The windows are fantastic. The installation was smooth and any hiccups we had with the ordering process were handled professionally by the sales team. The only flaw with the process is the mobile application. It really needs to recognize multiple accounts instead of the one account linked during initial inquiry.
