Generally, I think they are a good company. They have good quality windows and the people there seem to have a good knowledge of their product and are very cooperative with your schedule.

I would not recommend this company for the Fort Wayne area. Their craftsmanship and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My shingles have curling and they keep giving me different answers on why it's happening but expect me to pay the remaining balance.
