I had Brian with Texas Decks come in and "do over" my PVC deck that had started out as a nightmare as the original, much cheaper guy, didn't know what he was doing. Most would not come in after another but Brian did. His team are perfectionists! I can't believe how well he was able to correct, improve and make beautiful what started out as such a bad experience with another. Especially considering my deck was not even made square by the first guy. We are extremely pleased with our new decks from Sundecks by T&A Contractors.they met with us on site before the project began to go over the details and respond to our questions. From demolition of the old decks, site prep and the building and finishing of the new decks and stairs, their work was professional. They gave us targeted completion dates from several steps along the way and finished all ahead of schedule. The workmanship is excellent and they quickly addressed and responded to a couple minor change orders along the way without further delay. When completed they again. Et with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Basically, I thought the crew member that came out was quite knowledgeable. Matt and Danny also helped out later, and they were both very friendly and courteous, so that was greatly appreciated.

I had no idea that there existed outfits nearly as professional as PCF. Right from the very first call I made (based on my neighbor's referral), to the immediately scheduled sales visit, to the assessment visit, to the execution, to the regular status updates and reporting, to the change order management, to cost visibility and predictability, to the the ease of communication with the team and company, to the timing and quality of delivery... Our experience with Xscape, formerly Deckscapes, was incredibly positive from start to finish. In a word, they have been GREAT! Our 25-year-old deck was showing its age, and we wanted to upgrade to an enclosed screened patio with a gable roof, plus an uncovered deck area. After interviewing over six contractors, we selected Xscape for the project. From the initial meeting with designer Josh, it was evident we made the right choice.
