Each of our employees from office to field staff have the empathy needed to handle any restoration project along with the communication and technical skills needed to effectively meet our customers’ needs.
We are relentlessly focused on achieving top quality customer service through returning customer phone calls in a timely manner, answering questions as soon as they arise during the estimating and job process, making sure the customer is informed during and after the restoration process and performing all work to the proper Standard of Care.

Recognized Excellence - Rick and Brenden were fantastic. Jay was here a couple times and did a great job as well. Tom turner did a great job. He sat down with me and explained the ins and outs of insurance claims and the restoration process.

Some things were done well while others were not. I think the main problem was having three different project managers and 5 different insurance adjusters. Took a long time to get started and then the communication fell apart every time there was a change in project manager and or adjusters.

Swartz contracting did a tremendous job from the beginning of our project to the very end. We were joined in the evaluation of the work to be done by Paul Schwartz who was very informative and easy to talk with us. Once the work began, Randy Green made sure we were aware of everything that needed to be done and choices for paint to be used. The painters did a very thorough job from the beginning of the work on two rooms till the finish. They put back everything where it was in the beginning. The workers who did the outside work were fantastic in fixing the east side of our house. Overall we couldn’t be more happy as the work was finished and the look of our home. We would not hesitate in recommending the Swartz company!
