Their open celled spray foam insulation products are perfect for creating a tighter seal and safer environment while the closed cell products a great for adding structural support, resisting moisture, and minimizing hot and cold spots. Windows and doors are the largest culprit in lost of energy efficiency. It may not be the cheapest option but will provide you with the largest impact.

Have you considered what type of theme you'd like for your kitchen? This was a major area of concern back in '06 when we redid ours.
