I called MidSouth to ask for a quote to have my siding looked at for some repairs that were not taken care of by the prior contractor. Logan Randall came as the project manager and looked at what I needed. He was very understanding and agreeable with what I was questioning. Logan sent a crew to fix the problems and make the corrections in one day. He came out the next day and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The entire process was great! After the stress and delays I had with the previous contractor I am very hesitant about choosing someone I can trust. I could not have been more pleased with Logan and MidSouth Construction.

Erik, the person that was helping us, did a fantastic job. He helped work with our insurance company to make sure that they would cover the damage being replaced. Erik came many times to take pictures and his persistence paid off. Without him, we would not have had our roof replaced.

Also incredibly personable and genuine. The crews did what they were contracted to do - showed up on time, and finished in the timeframe they committed to. The insurance system is a little wacky, so Erik’s help with that was by far the biggest differentiator. He made a clunky process smooth and simple.
