We had no idea where to start when we began to remodel our kitchen, bathroom and living room. This is where Imagine Remodeling came to our rescue. They came out and took photographs of our space and then showed us 3-D representations of the changes they could help us make to begin to create our dream home. All of the contractors and the subcontractors who worked in our home were professional,courteous and respectful. The work area was clean every day and looked impeccable after every workday. It has been a few months since we have been given our warranty manual. There are just a couple things left on the punchlist left to be finished. Overall, we are very happy with the beautiful results in our home.

excellent contracting invoice system - as I am a Professional Engineer and design and supervise construction of rather expensive substations, hi-power distribution centers in excess of $millions construction costs I am fully pleased with this Contractors performance - you will find if you are not fully aware of construction parameters that QB may be a little more costly than others, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - We seldom in my business take lowest bids and look more for upper middle range and evaluate work persons qualifications of Contractors work force in pre-qualifications which in this case was excellent. Neither myself or my Wife is adept at interior design and picking materials so we relied on QB and were not disappointed.

Right from the first appointment with Jason, we felt we were in good hands. He is both extremely knowledgable and very detail oriented. He understood exactly what my vision was for the bathroom remodel, had some suggestions I had never even considered, and was very professional. He is certified in "aging in place" so if that becomes an issue down the road, modifications can easily be made, which is something we considered but are not yet ready for. He is easy to work with, has amazing knowledge of products and brand offerings, and just the fact that they show up on time, when they say they will is much more than you get from other contractors. They started when they said they would, same time every morning, the employees are friendly and hard working, they clean up the work space as much as possible every night before leaving, and while demo can be messy it was cleaner than I expected it to be. The noise interruption was minimal, I just went on with my day. They have a schedule and adhered to it, and they take photos of the work daily and post to their contractors website so we can see exactly what was done each day if we aren't home. Full transparency and accountability,start to finish. I am very pleased with Quick Bath, from the first phone call to the finished project. There was a difference between what I "wanted" and what we could afford to do, and Jason was very easy to work with and showed us areas where we could make some changes to bring it into our budget and still have all of the items that were important for this remodel. Everyone was wonderful to work with, the work itself is amazing and clearly shows they take great pride in their workmanship. If one of the deco tiles was not exactly right, it was removed and straightened and reset, and it wasn't even something I noticed, but something they noticed and fixed it. I can, with complete confidence, recommend Quick Bath for your bathroom remodel or for a kitchen remodel. This was the most painless project, and the biggest, we've taken on in this house and I couldn't be more happy with the results or the process. Just can't say enough good things about Quick Bath!

Areas Of Satisfaction - First, Jason showed up and gave me a bid when he said he would. That was huge in itself as I called 3 contractors who never got back to me with a bid. Jason was very knowledgeable about specifics, fixtures, add-ons, conveniences such as moving the on/off for the shower to the pony wall (something I never considered) as well as the actual construction process and design. I thought of him more as the designer but his construction knowledge was exceptional as well. My guys, Tommy and Nate, were fantastic to work withl. Hard working, friendly, always willing to stop and show me what they were doing, as I liked to pop in the room a couple of times a day when I could to take a look, especially when the tile was going in. The work was very clean, and everything was put back at night so we could safely wander around and look at the progress. Brad often stopped by to supervise the progress, troubleshoot, and make sure everything was on schedule. If there was a problem or issue, they discovered it first, and didn't leave it for us to find and fix later. The tile work - actually everything - is exceptional workmanship. But my favorite thing about the process in general has to be the spreadsheet schedule, the online choice selection process, and the builder trend website with the daily photos of the work being done. Everything was selected, approved, ordered and in stock, delivered to the work site before demo even began. No waiting on products to be delivered which helped keep the project on schedule. Just very organized and detail oriented, which makes for a successful remodel.

The staff at Quick Bath were so awesome to work with. From sitting down with Jason to design the remodel, to working with Brad and Tommy during the reconstruction, the process was painless and very collaborative. Their expertise allowed me to see beyond what I thought I wanted. The crew that worked in the bathrooms each day were so courteous and professional. I really appreciated Tommy's eye for detail. First of all, I rarely fill out reviews but am doing so because I was so pleased with my experience with QuickBath. Here are some of the reasons I gave them 5 stars across the board: 1. From the very beginning, Jason was very thorough and detailed in providing information about their business, how they do their work and the numbers behind their estimates.2. Even though I committed ~3 months before the start date, the project started within 2 days of that date. 3. Once I gave him my idea of what I wanted, Jason was very helpful in assisting me in picking out colors, styles, fixtures, etc. 4. Once the project started, someone was there working every day from 8am to 5pm until the job was complete. I've heard horror stories about remodel projects were crews don't show up for days or weeks at a time. 5. Changes and/or snags(although very few) were communicated promptly as they came up. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the project. As well, I was kept informed of how we were doing against the budget - any additional costs were communicated prior to implementation. 6. All employees were courteous and respectful while in my home. They kept the place clean and minimized disruption to my daily routine. They cleaned up every night. They eagerly answered any of my questions about the job and showed me what they were doing. 7. The job was completed within the time frame I was given - I appreciated that very much. 8. Finally, and most important, I was very happy with the finished job. I would hire them again.

Quick Bath was the ideal company to fulfill my 15 year old dream within my narrow timeline! I'm so happy with the final result, and wouldn't change a thing! Jason was very helpful in suggesting changes that would help meet our budget, without sacrificing the materials or design of the project. It was comforting to know that at least one of the key crew would be arriving every day of the week, and they'd work diligently, taking pride in their craft. They were like family to us! I have to say I enjoyed every day of the project and the end result. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Quick Bath to anyone, nor would I hesitate working with them on another project! Great job!!
