The whole experience of building a house--from knocking down the pre-existing house to building the new house, exceeded my expectations due to the way that Hawthorn guides the homeowner along in the process. I had 24/7 access to Jess, Lauren, Mark and all of the other subcontractors through Basecamp and always felt that I received personalized responses in a VERY timely manner. I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was and I would be happy to talk about this further at any time!
