Shame on me but I trusted the technician who recommended I replace a motor run capacitor for $300. Turns out it was actually $329 plus tax. It took less than 30 seconds to replace. I looked up the part and it can be purchased anywhere for less than $20. There most likely is a leak, but the Tech fill... more

We keep a spray bottle filled with the solution below on the counter and use it as needed. We apply sealer once a year. •1/2 cup rubbing alcohol•2 cups water•8 drops dawn dish soap
