BUYER BEWARE. My mother hired this company to renovate her master bathroom and has paid almost $40,000 and it has been over a year and her bathroom is still not finished. The work, workmanship and attitude of the owner and project manager are abysmal at best. Not only has the workmanship been shoddy, but throughout the course of the project, the laborers hired to complete the work have damaged existing doors and cabinetry, the new soaker tub, new tiles and new light fixtures, incurring additional cost for my mother and most of this damage has yet to be fixed. Read the contract carefully, because they require arbitration to settle disputes and there is specific wording that prohibits litigation. Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

08/23/2019 the date we discovered we were screwed by this guy. RUN FROM THIS GUY - HE TOOK ALL OF OUR MONEY AND SEVERAL OTHERS AND RAN. WE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM IN WEEKS. HE HAS ABANDONED HIS STORE FRONT. HE HAS NO GREETING ON HIS PHONE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

The customer service was phenomenal. They were extremely responsive. The kitchen is stunningly beautiful. I don't have a single complaint.

Problem Resolution - Though not a problem that fell within the contract, I believe the following certainly warrants a comment in this section. during this brutal summer, the second floor of my house was hot and uncomfortable, while the main level was comfortably cool and my basement level family room was like a freezer. This had never before been an issue. The first day the electrician was there he noticed/checked the significant difference in temperatures on all three levels of my home. He went into my attic and found that the gable fan was not working. He called Josh Bollan who called me to explain the problem and the cost to correct it. Not only did the electrician replace the fan, but also installed a light to bring that area of the attic up to code.

Blank Page did the countertops for my large basement bar. They were fantastic. I wanted a very high end job, but they took it to a whole new level. They taught me about pattern matching the granite as it flows from the lower counter through the backsplash, and up into the upper part of the bar. They helped me purchase 2 stunning bookmarked slabs so even the seams were pattern matched going from one slab to the next. They introduced me to edge lamination (so now the entire front of my bar is close to 3" thick with a massive double ogee). They worked around my schedule to make all stages of the process convenient for me, and their communication through the entire process was top notch. The installers were fantastic, spoke English, and had a great sense of humor. The install was actually a blast. When people see the bar, the most common reaction is WOW - that's stunning!

Areas Of Satisfaction - The entire process was a pleasure. The fabricator Onur was a pleasure to work with, and a real master at his craft. He spent a considerable amount of time with me making sure that the templates of the countertops were just perfect, and quite a bit more time laying out out the templates on the granite so that the patterns in the stone matched as they transitioned from one piece of stone to the next. The installers were a riot - great sense of humor, and very hard working guys. I didn't envy them having to carry those massive pieces of stone, but they made it fun even though it was heavy work!

What impressed me was the knowledge to solve these issues with cost effective ideas and solutions.
