While the actual movers were professional in their dealings with my wife and I, I can not say the same for the business unit responsible for billing and ensuring my insurance adjuster received the appropriate documents in a timely manner. This part of the experience was absolutely horrible and and made the whole experience needlessly stressful. The disconnect between the manager, the insurance adjuster, and the accounting office was also a problem that was never rectified.
