HLW Builders is a locally owned construction company that takes pride in its work. We can take care of all your needs, from new home construction to additions and remodeling.

HLW BUILDERS is a fully insured construction company that takes great pride in its quality workmanship. Currently we have two NARI certified lead carpenters on staff. We do everything from building new custom homes to remodeling or adding additons to exsiting homes. Our shop is located on the East Side of Madison Between Milwaukee Street and Cottage Grove Road and we do free estimates.

HLW BUILDERS is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry(NARI) and is also a member of the Madison Area Builders Association.

the workers were polite, and paid attention to details of the construction, and finished the work on time and on budget, there were no call backs on the work I would recommend this contractor to others.

HLW staff provided excellent service from the beginning of the project to the end. Everything was coordinated and went off with out a glitch. HLW Builders does a great job. The work is reasonably priced and they follow up. All of the guys do a very nice job. They are friendly, courteous, and they work hard.

My wife and I researched many builders while trying to find someone to complete a screened porch for our house. We had new quartz countertop installed in our kitchen and shortly after a plate was dropped on the countertop - the plate broke and scratched the counter
