I like the fact they treated me as if I were a longtime neighbor of theirs. Even though I live in Massachusetts and the project is in Hopewell, Virginia. All other roofing companies required the owner (me) to be on site during the estimating process. A senseless requirement, I thought.

The owner Chris did final inspection and made sure all work was up to good standard.
