I have been a carpenter since 1993 and in business for myself since 2003. Most of my training, about 7 years worth, was on Chicago's North Shore and Gold Coast. That being said - high quality, attention to detail, and job site cleanliness are my top priorities.

What is the ideal height for a single built-in oven? The oven is 30" tall and the chef in our house is 62" tall.

Standard ideal height would be 32", but in this case with a 5' 1" chef we would fully customize this for the situation.
